Mindful movement, Gyrokinesis and Qi Gong

Mindful movement through gentle yoga and chair yoga can help to bring peace and balance. People with Long Term Conditions and their carers can both benefit from gentle yoga or chair yoga as postures can be modified. The sessions are led by a qualified instructor. Zoom sessions take place three times a week: Mondays: 3.00pm -4.00pm Gyrokinesis & Meditation, Wednesdays: 3.00pm - 4pm - Gentle Yoga, Fridays 4.30pm -5.30pm Movement (Qi Gong) & Meditation.
